  Very friendly group. My husband and I were patients of Dr Kisch at va eye institute and were so happy to track him down. He is a wonderful doctor. We were both thrilled to not have to have our eyes dilated with the new procedure.

  Overcharged me for an annual eye exam by $90 last December, something that I am now finding out about through my insurance provider. Also contracted a nasty eye infection after I had visited the provider for a retinal exam. During the visit, there were no barriers between the back examination rooms and the front waiting room, so other customer's children were freely running through the exam rooms with clients (me) sitting in them. I would not recommend this provider to anyone unless they are unable to find other options elsewhere within budget, just make sure they charge you correctly.
  
  Edit: the practice took care of this concern today. While I am appreciative of their speed and attention to this matter, overall, I am still going to look elsewhere for another eye care provider.

  I have been using Dr. Raj for a couple years now. I find him to be very patient oriented and very friendly. His staff is knowledgeable and always willing to help. I would highly recommend him and his wife for all your eyecare needs
